ORIADO 60% features a balanced profile, which first embodies the fullness and intensity of cacao, then gradually evolves into aromas of ripe and acidic fruit.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS: Coating, Molding, Bar, Mousse, Ice creams & sorbets.
OPTIMAL APPLICATION: Crémeux, Ganache.
